Using Northflow as a Podcast Network
How a podcast network keeps every show independent while tracking the whole network from one view.
If you run a podcast network with multiple shows and hosts, Northflow keeps each show independent while still giving you one view across everything the network is producing.
Before you start
Decide whether each show gets its own Space, or whether shows sharing a production team should share a Space with each show as a project inside it. Most networks find one Space per show works best, since it keeps each show's guest lists, files, and team access separate.
One Space per show
Create a Space for each show in your network. Each show's episodes become projects inside its own Space, and each show can have its own team of hosts, producers, and editors added to just that Space.
Standardize production with a shared template
Apply the same Podcast Episode Production template across every show's Space, so every show in your network follows the same production standard, without your team having to rebuild the workflow from scratch for each one.
See the whole network at once
Use Command Center to see every show's status, what's overdue, and what's stuck, across the entire network in a single view. This is the fastest way to spot a show falling behind before it becomes a real problem.
Let agents handle the repetitive production work across every show
Assign Transcriber, Blog Writer, and Newsletter Writer agents on every show's episodes, so your team spends time on editorial decisions instead of repetitive production tasks across every single show.
