Using Northflow as a Marketing Agency
How a marketing agency running social, ads, and podcasts for multiple clients keeps every client's work separate in one workspace.
If your agency runs social media, ads, and content for several clients, and a few of those clients also have a podcast, Northflow keeps every client's work separate while your team still operates from one place.
Before you start
Decide your Space structure before you start adding clients: one Space per client keeps their work, files, and team access completely separate from every other client.
One Space per client
Create a Space for each client. A client with a podcast gets their episodes as projects inside their Space, alongside their social and ad campaigns as separate projects in the same place, everything for that client lives together, nothing crosses over to another client.
Control who sees what
Add only the team members working on a given client to that client's Space. Someone working exclusively on Client A's social calendar never needs visibility into Client B's podcast production, or vice versa.
Use agents across both podcast and non-podcast work
For clients with a podcast, apply the Podcast Episode Production template and assign agents like Transcriber, Blog Writer, and Newsletter Writer to turn each episode into content across formats. For clients without a podcast, the same Space and project structure still applies to your social and ad campaign work.
See everything across every client at once
Use Command Center to see what's active, what's overdue, and what's stuck across every client Space at once, useful when you're managing several accounts and need a single view instead of checking each Space individually.
Keep clients in the loop without giving them full access
Share a task with a client when they need to review or approve something, using a read-only shareable view, so they see exactly what you send them without needing a Northflow account or access to your other clients' work.
