Using Northflow as a Freelance Producer or Editor
How a freelance producer or editor manages work across multiple client shows without losing track of anything.
If you're a freelance producer or editor working across several clients' shows, Northflow keeps each client's work cleanly separated while giving you one place to see everything you're responsible for.
Before you start
You'll typically be invited into a Space for each client you work with, rather than creating your own. If a client hasn't set you up yet, ask them to invite you to their Space.
Keep track of just your work
Once you're added to multiple clients' Spaces, use My Tasks to see only what's assigned to you, across every client, without having to check each Space separately. Save a filtered view per client if you want a focused queue for each one.
Let agents handle the repetitive parts of each client's episode
Whichever client's episode you're editing, assign the Transcriber Agent to turn the raw recording into a transcript before you start, and hand off to Blog Writer or Newsletter Writer once your edit is locked, so the client's recap content is ready to review alongside the final episode.
Deliver your work without extra back and forth
When your part of the work is done, share the task with your client for review, they can comment and give feedback without needing a Northflow account of their own.
