Setting Up Booking Calendars
Set your availability once and share a booking link so guests can pick a recording time without the back-and-forth.
If you're currently trading several emails with a guest just to find a recording time, booking calendars are the fastest change you'll feel.
Before you start
You'll set your availability once. After that, it's reusable for every guest going forward.
Setting your availability
Go to Settings.
Set your available times for recording sessions.
Save. This only needs to be done once, you don't have to repeat it per guest.
Sharing your booking link
Share your booking link with a guest. They pick a slot that actually works for them from your available times, no back-and-forth needed.
Where bookings show up
Once a guest books a slot, it appears automatically in three places:
Your Home screen
Your Command Center calendar
Your inbox
Nothing needs to be copied across manually, once it's booked, it's already everywhere you'd look for it.
