Project Manager
How Project Manager turns one recording into a blog, newsletter, and show notes, all in parallel from a single transcript.
Project Manager turns a single recording into a full set of content outputs at once, so you don't have to run separate agents one at a time.
What it does
Give Project Manager a source recording, choose which outputs you want, and it transcribes the recording once, then generates every selected output in parallel from that same transcript.
Setting it up
Open the task and assign it to Project Manager, this opens the setup window.
Choose your source video or audio.
Under Generate, check the outputs you want: Blog, Newsletter, Podcast (show notes).
Optionally add a writing brief (audience, angle, tone) to guide all the outputs together.
Optionally expand Customize per channel to give each output its own extra direction on top of the shared brief, for example, a different angle for the blog than for the newsletter.
Click Run Project Manager.
At least one output needs to be selected, if you run it with nothing checked, Project Manager tells you directly rather than failing silently.
Reviewing the results
Once it runs, each output shows up in the project's Content tab as Needs approval. Nothing publishes automatically, you review and approve each piece before it goes anywhere.
Why this matters
Without Project Manager, turning one recording into a blog post, a newsletter, and show notes means assigning the Transcriber Agent, then separately assigning Blog Writer and Newsletter Writer once the transcript is ready. Project Manager does all of it in one pass, transcribing once and fanning the selected work out in parallel.
