My Tasks and Saved Project Views
How My Tasks and saved Projects views help you see just your own work, or exactly the slice you need.
Once you're working across several Spaces, you need ways to see just your own work, and ways to see everything without it turning into a long, unsorted list. My Tasks and saved views solve those two problems.
My Tasks
My Tasks shows only what's assigned to you, nothing else on screen. If you just need your own queue for the day, this is the fastest way to see it, no filtering required.
The Projects view
Projects, in the sidebar under Work, shows every project you have access to across every Space, as either cards or a table.
Filtering and saving views
From the Projects view, you can filter down to what matters, for example, everything active, or everything belonging to a single client. Once a filter is set the way you want it, save it as a view.
Saved views turn your sidebar into a set of focused work queues instead of one long list. A common setup is one saved view for everything currently active, and a separate saved view per client or per show.
