The Guest Recruiter Agent handles outreach for you: it takes the guest list you provide, sends personalized messages, follows up, and tracks replies as conversations move toward a booking.
Before you start
Add the guests you want to reach out to first. The Guest Recruiter Agent works from the guest list you've already built in your Space, it doesn't find new guests on its own.
What it does
Prepares outreach. For each guest on your list, it drafts a personalized message rather than a generic template.
Sends and follows up. It sends the outreach and follows up with guests who haven't replied.
Tracks replies. As guests respond, it updates their status (for example, Contacted, Replied, Interested) so you can see where every conversation stands at a glance.
Once a guest confirms, hand off to the AI Intake Agent to collect their bio, headshot, and any required documents.
Assigning it a task
Open the task for guest outreach.
Click the Assignee field.
Under Agents, select Guest Recruiter Agent.
You'll see its progress and any replies logged directly on the task.
