How the AI Intake Agent collects bios, headshots, and signed releases from guests without manual follow-up.
The AI Intake Agent collects what you need from a guest, a bio, a headshot, a signed release, without your team having to chase anyone for it.
Before you start
Make sure you know what you need to collect from the guest (bio, headshot, release form, or other documents) before assigning the task, so the agent knows what to ask for.
What it does
Sends a link. The guest gets a link and talks with the agent directly.
Collects what you need. The agent asks for each item on your list and confirms as they're received.
Tracks completion. Each item (Bio, Headshot, Guest release, and so on) is checked off as it comes in, and signed documents are marked accordingly.
Assigning it a task
Open the intake task for a guest.
Click the Assignee field.
Under Agents, select AI Intake Agent.
You'll see the conversation and the checklist of collected items directly on the task.
